Global Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

 

  • Guarantee all international payroll processes are completed to an exceptional degree of accuracy; Coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure payroll is completed on time
  • Run payroll reports from Workday and gather modifications/updates in particular formats for payroll processing
  • Review and validate payments, new hire compensation, salary increases, and other payroll alterations
  • Administer time-tracking in Workday; Confirm that PTO is entered correctly; Generate reports to audit PTO tracking and provide employee support for time-tracking in WD
  • Assess and validate direct deposit, federal/state withholding changes for each payroll
  • Create and carry out regular audits between Workday and ADP; Ensure ADP has current and accurate information for US employees; Create and map new codes in ADP
  • Review and audit 401k elections ahead of bonus payroll processing
  • Ensure W2 mailing is achieved accurately and on time; Liaise with payroll vendor
  • Respond to employee payroll, 401k, salary sacrifice, and other-related questions
  • Liaise with payroll vendors to ensure all relevant tax mailings are completed globally
  • Respond to auditor requests for documentation and confirming of payroll earnings

 

Requirements

 

  • 5 to 10 years of real-world experience governing US and Global Payrolls
  • Experience working with ADP; Experience with Workday
  • Outstanding Excel skills
  • Remarkable attention to detail and integrity
