  • Co-ordinate the management of intermediary agreements
  • Clear apportionment of responsibilities & resources
  • Review a wide variety of client service processes including the negotiation, maintenance and ongoing oversight in relation to intermediary contracts/fee for service payments
  • Liaise with other operational areas to on-board and administer ongoing client requirements
  • Develop strong relationships with intermediary clients, understand and respond to their requirements
  • Monitor intermediated clients ongoing compliance with our agreements and manage the annual due diligence process within appropriate timeframes
  • Provide assistance and cover within the Department, participate in projects and tasks as required e.g., new business development initiatives, liaising and performing due diligence on service providers, handling all aspects of shareholder trading, coordinating fair value pricing determinations, reviewing internal and external reporting
  • Perform departmental tasks in line with regulatory, technical and best practice requirements.
  • Effectively resolve and respond to queries from other departments, continually look to improve internal and external client service
  • Support and drive the team’s ambition to be a driver of industry leading operations.
  • Management of staff including administrative duties, monitoring of performance, training, development and P&DRs
  • Ensure feedback from meetings is communicated to team in a timely manner and any feedback from team is communicated with others as appropriate
  • Feedback to manager on system improvements and best practice enhancements




  • Undergraduate Degree required
  • At least 5 years operational experience within the Mutual Fund Industry in North America
  • Knowledge of mutual fund transfer agents, intermediary distribution channels, and investment platforms
  • Extensive knowledge of other pooled investment vehicles within the NA Financial Industry e.g. Model Delivery, CITs,
  • Group Trust, Canadian Pooled Funds
  • Strong technical knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, work independently, and contribute to a team environment
  • Proven ability to be a team player who is flexible, reliable, proactive, and service-oriented
  • Leadership skills demonstrating efficient management and development of team members
