  • Review and approve Trustee Reports for funds
  • Generate quarterly letters for funds
  • Coordinate with Analysts to process Amendments..
  • Prepare & edit PowerPoint presentations for investors
  • Prepare, review, correct and edit data reports
  • Coordinate extensive travel arrangements
  • Complete and submit expense reports
  • Maintain calendars and contacts in Microsoft Outlook
  • Set up internal and external meetings
  • Provide phone coverage
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Assist in a wide variety of projects as assigned





  • College degree
  • 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Analytical approach to completing work
