  • Deliver quick and professional concierge level service to clients’ needs upon arrival
  • Manage and sustain catalog of all pantry and meeting space back stock to guarantee standard levels are at a sufficient level daily
  • Offer administrative support to workers and guests including copying, scanning, faxing, drafting correspondence and assisting with travel arrangements as needed
  • Manage multiple conference rooms, guest spaces, and stock rooms; the management of conference and guest space requires high attention to detail and excellent communication with meeting organizers and other administrative staff
  • Order, set-up, and break down catering as necessary for client meetings
  • Coordinate with administrative staff and premises department to maintain the appearance of the reception area, conference rooms, pantries, and restrooms
  • Prepare purchase orders for a variety of office supplies from multiple vendors with accurate inventory notations
  • Answer a multi-line telephone on occasion and give appropriate information to callers or route calls to appropriate party while demonstrating professional telephone etiquette
  • Order, track, and confirm receipt of messenger services and other mailings
