Financial Analyst, Real Estate

Responsibilities

 

  • Financial modeling of the company’s public mortgage REIT along with private debt and equity funds
  • Analyze financial metrics and returns for present investment fund vehicles, for new fund-raising tactics and on-going investor relations
  • Work with acquisitions team, portfolio management, legal, capital markets, and accounting to model fund level projections and returns
  • Prepare regular financial reporting and strategy presentations for internal and external stakeholders, including boards of directors, advisory boards and investors
  • Manage deal allocation across the debt platform and liaise between relevant parties throughout the transaction process and loan life cycle
  • Conduct strategic analysis for platform growth as requested by senior management
  • Support group wide efforts to improve consistency, accuracy and efficiency of information

 

Requirements

 

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably with some qualitative coursework experience from an accredited University
  • 1-3 years of real estate finance, corporate finance, consulting, M&A, public accounting, and/or private equity experience
