Facilities Assistant

  • Sort and deliver mail each morning and collect outgoing mail each afternoon
  • All incoming deliveries logged in
  • Processing outgoing UPS, DHL, and US Mail letters and packages
  • Accounts payable filing
  • Assist with occasional desk moves
  • Check meeting rooms daily and configure as necessary for meetings
  • Ensure supplies for meeting rooms are replenished as necessary
  • Refilling drink fridges daily
  • Fill photocopiers as necessary and change toners. Ensure equipment is functioning properly
  • Weekly collection of material to be shredded
  • Front desk reception coverage as needed
  • General clearing and cleaning of the pantries as needed




  • Basic IT literacy skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational skills
  • Punctual
