Executive Recruiting Coordinator

As a candidate ambassador, you are one of the main conduits between the clients candidates and their future teams. You are instrumental in ensuring the quality of candidates’ experiences throughout the recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and on-boarding processes. You keep the process organized and actively maintain clear lines of communication with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates. By providing great customer service and smoothly managing the details, you contribute to finding and hiring the next wave of transformative talent for the client.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Schedule interviews, organize candidate travel arrangements, and reserve conference rooms.
  • Partner with recruiters, interview panelists, chiefs of staff, executive assistants, and on-boarding teams to deliver an organized, engaging, and impressive experience for all potential candidates.
  • Meet and greet candidates and other VIP visitors to Verizon Media.
  • Partner cross-functionally on reimbursements, background checks, visas, relocation, and on-boarding.
  • Process resumes, ATS, talent trackers, offer letters and other new hire documentation.
  • Special projects and other administrative responsibilities.

 

Requirements

 

  • Previous Executive Recruiting experience required (in-house or agency)
  • Minimum of three years of relevant work experience, preferably in a recruiting or HR organization.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high degree of professionalism.
  • Sense of urgency, with proven ability to juggle multiple projects with both speed and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (calendar, Gmail, Gdocs)
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information
  • Experience with Workday or other applicant tracking systems a plus.
  • Passion for technology and media a big plus
  • Hours: 8:00am – 5:00 pm
