Executive Assistant

Our client is a leading real asset private equity investment manager with over 30 years of success in the market and $3 billion+ in AUM. They invest in essential infrastructure assets in the U.S. lower-middle market, and have earned a reputation as a reliable, professional, value-adding project partner to many leading companies. They have recently taken on a new office space and are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join their team and contribute to their future growth.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Plan and schedule meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel
  • Provide telephone coverage including managing priorities, directing inquiries, and handling urgent calls with professionalism and good judgment
  • Prepare, update, and edit print correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Write, prepare and/or proofread letters and presentations
  • Create expense reports using Concur (will train if needed)
  • Assist with ad-hoc projects

 

Requirements

 

  • 5+ years’ of administrative experience
  • Ability to work independently and follow directions
  • Outstanding attention to detail and follow-up
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PP & Outlook)
  • Willing to work extended hours when and as needed
