  • Understand team goals and objectives in order to effectively anticipate commitments
  • Coordinate meetings, including staff meetings and company all-hands events
  • Support department planning processes
  • Create documents, spreadsheets, slideshows, with attention to detail
  • Scheduling and calendar maintenance
  • Plan department-related events
  • Lead administrative projects
  • Expense Report preparation
  • Invoice and PO Management
  • Travel planning and coordination







  • 4 year degree or a combination of some education and experience
  • Strong MS Office Suite skills
  • Experience working for a start-up or boutique office environment
