  • Handle secretarial, administrative, personal and business details, involving calls, meetings, travel and entertainment
  • Answer telephone and give proper information to callers or route calls to designated official
  • Manage complex calendar
  • Aid in internal and external meetings and conference presentations
  • Oversee travel arrangements
  • Organize itinerary – keep other staff posted as necessary
  • Organize materials/supplies
  • Plan hotels/meetings/meals
  • Process expense reports while adhering to the company’s expense policy
  • Arrange essential follow up/priority action order
  • Check deadlines on incoming requests and take action as delegated




  • 15+ years’ experience in investment banking preferable
  • Heavy calendar management, travel coordination and expenses
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Office Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
