  • Scheduling prioritization
  • Maintenance and management of calendars
  • Meeting planning
  • Arrange all travel for executives including flights, hotels, car rentals, and car services
  • General administrative support including creating, maintaining, and editing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Preparation of meeting materials including presentations, agendas and any other required documents for distribution in advance
  • Process expense reports in compliance with the Travel Policy
  • Answer all phone calls in a professional manner, take messages or assist directly when appropriate
  • Maintain a professional rapport with staff, co-workers, and guests




  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 6 years minimum experience supporting C level executives
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Extensive knowledge with regards to travel planning
  • Verification of identity, education, prior employment, and references required
