Executive Assistant

  • Support senior Human Capital Management and Compliance professionals and other members of the team
  • General executive assistant duties including calendar administration, travel management (domestic and international), greeting guests, phone coverage, coordinating meetings, and expense reporting
  • Coordinate office events, catering for meetings and setup/breakdown of conference room
  • Assistance with interview coordination and greeting candidates
  • Handle sensitive documents such as invoices
  • Liaise with external vendors




  • Degree from four-year college or university
  • 4+ years of pertinent office experience required; financial services experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of software products (excel, work, outlook, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Concur for travel and expenses
  • Proficient in the use of common office equipment and ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
  • Demonstrable history of working with integrity, discretion, and a high level of competency
