ESG Specialist for Infrastructure & Natural Resources

  • Working closely with the portfolio management, risk and other teams, you will implement and continue to advance the company’s approach to responsible investing in private markets, especially Infrastructure and Natural Resources next to real estate. This encompasses due diligence for investments, manager and market engagement, as well as data analytics.
  • Working closely with your private market RI colleagues in Amsterdam and Hong Kong as part of a global team. Being based in the NY office and working with the Infrastructure, Natural Resources and Real Estate Americas teams, you ensure a close and ongoing cooperation to ensure global alignment on the implementation of the RI Implementation guidelines.
  • Represent the company externally and engage with the market.
  • Contribute to RI team performance and take on other responsibilities, too, with a particular focus on helping to drive the digitalization overlay for the RI private markets agenda. This will involve close alignment with the global IT teams. For instance, you’ll be working on a digital global platform to assess and monitor the ESG performance of our investments.




  • At least five years of relevant professional experience in a corporate environment in business, investment, or sustainability roles.
  • Master level education in a relevant subject (e.g. engineering, sustainability, business, or finance).
  • Fluency in English is essential. Spanish would be a bonus
  • Digital skills and basic proficiency in Programming/ Database Languages, including Python.
  • You have strong proven data analytics and digital skills. You can apply logic to structure processes and communicate your insights also to a broader group stakeholders.
