Responsibilities

 

  • Accomplish the day-to-day management of the company’s stock plans internationally
  • Work with all departments in the process, comprising of People Operations, Legal and Accounting
  • Coordinate with outer partners such as stock plan provider, broker and transfer agent
  • Manage E*TRADE Equity Edge Online platform to guarantee all equity plan transactions (grants, exercises, dispositions, etc.) are properly handled in a timely manner
  • Ensure global equity reporting and compliance with international tax and regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate the review and approval of new equity grants, ensuring proper approvals and controls are in place
  • Prepare reports on a periodic basis for tracking of the equity plan
  • Develop and provide education to employees on equity compensation
  • Maintain inbox for any questions related to the equity plan
  • Reconcile transactions, termination dates, tax withholding and reporting, and other items as required
  • Create formal equity-related procedures, policies and controls

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • At least 4 years of involvement with Stock Administration experience at an international public company
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) ideal
  • Robust understanding U.S. federal, state and global equity taxation
  • Must have E*TRADE Equity Edge Online platform and other major third-party equity software systems and brokerage firms
  • NetSuite experience highly preferred
  • ANY industry, as long as they have the right experience.
