  • Manage a portfolio of assets both urban and suburban and develop and implement strategies to maximize asset value.
  • Uphold each property’s financial model (Excel and Argus AE components). This will consist of monthly/quarterly updates to reflect new leases, financing and other changes to cash flow.
  • On a weekly basis present financial reports and analysis to senior management and external partners.
  • Represent ‘Acadia’ to clients/partners/Lenders/Government Agencies and other outside parties. Including daily interactions to answer questions / trouble shoot / make recommendations.
  • Work across internal departments on new leases and oversee execution of Landlord work in conjunction with our construction department. Including negotiating work letters with tenant, reviewing internal construction estimates, evaluating deal metrics in relation to each asset and provide guidance and recommendations to senior management team, overseeing A/E team throughout Pre-development process (including construction drawings, obtaining variances, and permits) and working with our construction department on physical execution with oversight on costs and schedule
  • Conceive, analyze, and coordinate value add projects in the portfolio




  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in commercial real estate; focus in retail asset management strongly preferred.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Argus AE required
  • Executive presence; comfortable speaking/ presenting to senior management team
  • Familiarity with NYC code/zoning and NYC DOB permit process strongly preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
