Digital Project Manager

Responsibilities

 

  • Partner with US Brand Marketers to gather requirements and forecast updates to data, content, and product launches across our commercial websites
  • Be the liaison between creative agencies and development vendor to ensure production plans are clearly documented and assets delivered meet company’s quality standards
  • Manage project timelines to keep all parties accountable for on time delivery
  • Flag and escalate production risks to brand teams with proposed mitigation plans and solutions
  • Ensure proper documentation is prepared for development as tasks require (wireframes, user stories, functional specs, technical specs, UA test cases)
  • Perform quality control checks at each stage of the production process:
  • Review markups and design files prior to handoff to the development team
  • Review and test builds within staging environments
  • Track QA feedback and issue resolution
  • Make website content changes in the Content Management System (CMS) as needed
  • Communicate with internal IT teams on environment needs and code deployments

 

Requirements

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of digital production/project management experience
  • Pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience including management of digital marketing programs
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry
  • Management of digital marketing programs across multiple brands and/or multiple markets
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems (Drupal)
