Responsibilities

 

  • Public company, leading global manager of alternative investments.
  • Position is open to growth; will get a ton of exposure to all areas of the business.
  • Will be involved in troubleshooting levels 1 & 2 via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Escalate issues when necessary.
  • Reports to the Head of Service Desk in NYC.
  • Looking for someone who wants to make a difference, implement change, and make the group better.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in Financial Services industry.
