Desktop Support Analyst

Responsibilities

 

 

 

 

 

  • Provide technical support for the firm’s software and hardware including:
  • Office 2016 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Windows 10
  • Desktops / Laptops
  • iPhones / iPads
  • Phone system
  • Network Printers
  • Remote access
  • Work with IT team in roll outs / upgrades of new hardware and software
  • Assist on software evaluations
  • Position based out of the Greenwich office; provide support out of the NYC office approximately one day per month
  • Special projects as needed

 

 

 

 

 

Requirements

 

 

 

 

 

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Windows and MS Office knowledge
  • 1-5 years in a helpdesk/desktop support role or similar work experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in dynamic environment
