  • Provide Trading and Executive end-user support in a fast-paced financial environment.
  • Provide quality customer service when interacting with all associates.
  • Serve as a leader to the members of the IT Client Services team.
  • Assist team members on proper protocols and technical resolutions.
  • Provide resolutions when internal applications, Bloomberg, TradeWeb, and other market data applications fail to work properly.
  • Oversee incidents via Service Now ticketing system.
  • Liaise with the engineering team on escalated tasks which require in-depth research.
  • Integrate subject matter experts and industry expertise while implementing new technology platforms.
  • Oversee and manage all Desktop Computers and PC Peripherals for NYC.
  • Coordinate all hardware deployments and desk moves for the office.
  • Govern and support corporate Mobile Devices.
  • Help manage procurement of new equipment for the US
  • Support, troubleshoot, repair or replace any hardware that traders utilize.
  • Participate in weekly management meetings with the Global IT Client Services department.
  • Uphold firm ethics and standards and participate in yearly audits.
  • Develop and improve strong customer service, communication and technical skills.
  • Administer the local desk’s monthly coverage schedule (including holidays).




  • Bachelors or Associates Degree from technical school.
  • Minimum of eight years’ experience with computer hardware and software support in a financial environment.
  • Minimum of three years managing a team.
  • Thorough understanding of Windows 10 Desktop OS, Cisco Voip, Citrix, RSA and VMware.
  • Knowledge and support of Microsoft Office Suite and Azure Active Directory, DHCP, DNS.
  • Understand and support current product offerings by the IT Department.
