Responsibilities

 

  • Read and understand life insurance documents and forms. There will be training on how to review this. They will not be reviewing actual life insurance policies
  • Order and follow up on 1035 Exchanges. These are tax documents. Some customer service calling out to 3rd party will be involved to confirm and clarify data.
  • Review and follow up of outstanding delivery requirements.
  • Research unmatched mail.
  • Process medical fee reimbursements.
  • Maintain performance and quality standards based on established team goals.

 

Requirements

 

  • HS Diploma minimum.
  • 1+ years’ experience in Life insurance and/or annuities.
  • Intermediate MS Office Word and Excel skills. (CANDIDATES MUST HAVE ABOVE AVERAGE EXCEL SKILLS!!!!)
  • Call Center Experience is preferred.
