A Fast growing specialty software firm owned by a large established niche’ player within the Employee Benefits arena has a new opening for a Customer Service / Tech Support Rep.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Engage with clients via phone and online to assist with usage and features of specialty industry software

 

Requirements

 

  • Strong communications and ability to learn a new software
  • Experience with Customer Service
  • Ability to explain software benefits and applications (full training provided)
  • Team oriented, will be working post sales team, clients and tech support
