CRM Project Manager

Responsibilities

 

  • Partner with business, HRIS, IT, and vendor project leads to develop project scoping, timelines, budgets, resources, project plans, business and technical requirements, and project success criteria
  • Manage cross functional teams to deliver on-time and on-budget
  • Prepare and lead ongoing project and Steering Committee meetings
  • Actively manage, escalate and resolve risks, issues, and key decisions to ensure successful delivery of all project milestones and deliverables
  • Develop test plan, manage test execution, and defect resolution

 

Requirements

 

  • 5+ years of successfully managing global, cross-functional, and highly visible technology and process improvement projects
  • Experience using project management tools and methodologies to deliver complex and time sensitive projects
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing executive stakeholders
  • Ability to understand and translate business needs into and technical and process solutions
  • Ability to prioritize the activities with the greatest impact on project success and business results
