Responsibilities

 

 

 

 

  • Design and execute strategic and comprehensive talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Identify, attract, qualify, recruit, hire and retain talent to meet current and projected needs of the organization.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partner Teams by being developing an understanding of the business unit and its’ needs.
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques, hiring processes, and guidelines including Compliance and regulatory requirements.
  • Build and maintain skill set pipelines of both active and passive candidates, ensuring pipeline provides a diverse, highly qualified, interview/selection slate.
  • Recruit and source for actual and projected positions using traditional and creative approaches including but not limited to job postings, internet postings, advertisements, professional networking, sourcing, cold calling, data mining, attendance at job fairs, conferences, colleges and universities, attendance at professional associations and events.
  • Exhibit exceptional relationship management ability that includes the ability to communicate persuasively, build credibility, and interpret verbal and non-verbal behavior.

 

 

 

 

Requirements

 

 

 

 

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
  • Healthcare experience Preferred
  • Experience working with an ATS program
