  • Determines suitable accounting for transactions and advises senior management on a variety of technical accounting and business lead issues.
  • Assists in the preparation of consolidated financial statements in agreement with generally accepted accounting principles for public filing and bank report.
  • Supports the consolidation of 10 plus operation units.
  • General Ledger account analysis and reconciliation.
  • Formulates, analyzes, and interprets statistical and accounting information in order to appraise operation results in terms of profitability, performance against budget and other matters bearing on the fiscal soundness and operational effectiveness of the organization.
  • Provides internal reports, revises and updates reports to be more useful and efficient and furnishes external reports as necessary.
  • Updates the Company’s financial and accounting policies as needed and assist the Divisions in the application and adherence to the policies.
  • Helps make financial decisions by establishing, monitoring and enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Evaluates processes and procedures for all accounting related activities performed to ensure that they are accurate.
  • Assists others in identifying ways to streamline and improve current practices.




  • Bachelor’s degree or BBA in Finance or Accounting with MBA or MS preferred.
  • Candidate should either have an CPA license or has plans to obtain one.
  • Candidates should possess at least 5 years of financial experience in a public sector.
  • Big 4 accounting experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with Corporate consolidations of divisions and including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Word.
