Responsibilities

 

  • Interact with clinic management on financial issues, providing advice and guidance when necessary.
  • Prepare monthly general ledger closings and consolidations for operating units in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Prepare monthly clinic level performance reports.
  • Maintain general ledger account analysis.
  • Coordinate capital spending process/reporting and maintain the fixed asset sub-ledger.
  • Participate in forecasting and budgeting process.
  • Coordinate and participate in internal/external financial reviews and audits.
  • Prepare/assist with other management reporting as necessary.
  • Assist with the integration of new acquisitions onto the client’s financial platforms.
  • Assist with data requests for annual audit.
  • Interact with division operating, sales, marketing and executive management.
  • Participate in the administration of general ledger systems, sub-systems, report writers, budget systems and other financial systems as required.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum 1 year’s progressive experience in financial and accounting field.
  • Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Ability to communicate accurately and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently.
