  • Supervising the funds ledgers, preserving investor allocation spreadsheets, keeping track of property P&L’s, quarterly investor statements, settling bank activity
  • Helping with tax planning, preparation and tax return analysis, investment and additional business forecasts




  • 4-7 years public/private or private (will not take straight public)
  • General corporate accounting (journal entries, month-end close); tax experience is a plus; Quickbooks a plus
  • MUST be a self-starter
  • Candidate should be proficient in using excel
  • Tax experience and familiarity with QuickBooks is a big plus.
