Job Overview – Controller (Accounting/Finance)
We are representing an opportunity for a finance professional to join our client’s team as a Controller in Berlin, NJ. All candidates must have experience with multiple implementations and process improvement.
Compensation: $75.00 – $85.00 / hour
Location: Camden County, NJ – Onsite
Responsibilities of the Controller (Accounting/Finance) include:
- Act as the project manager leading internal accounting and finance staff.
- Directly upgrade and add AP and inventory modules to system.
- Utilize software company provided resources in inventory system implementation.
- Manage AP process integration into new accounting system.
- Manage the financial data migration.
- Clean up the past accounting and financial data.
- Ensure employees are properly utilizing the system to reach optimal results.
- Develop the internal practices for inventory, AP, and other processes, cleaning up for controls and efficiencies.
Qualifications of the Controller (Accounting/Finance) include:
- Previous experience as an Accounting Manager and/or Controller.
- Demonstrated experience implementing accounting systems in the past.
- Experience with MS Dynamics, NetSuite, and QuickBooks preferred.
