Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the CFO and work independently to lead all accounting for the company
• Position is responsible for oversight of corporate accounting, financial reporting, and assisting with acquisition integration plus due diligence
• Partner with outside consulting firm for the SEC reporting activities
• Role will develop best practices for the company and platform companies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience starting in public accounting
• CPA preferred
• Consolidations experience is required
• Strong GAAP and financial reporting expertise
