The Atlantic Group is representing a Controller opportunity with a successful and high-growth Construction company in Delaware County, PA

Company & Position Highlights

• Established, yet growing firm on course to double in size in 2-4 years
• Oversee the operations and staff of the corporate accounting department
• Maintain and enforce a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
• Interact with estimators and project managers to assist with subcontracts and insurance issues
• Guide financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA or CMA license highly preferred
• 8+ years accounting experience in construction industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with extremely strong Excel skills, experience with complex accounting systems, preferably Timberline or SAGE
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, cost accounting and cost control principles, and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
