  • Firm Accounting/Reporting
  • Maintain the books & records of various RE entities and Transaction and Fee revenue.
  • Coordinate aspects of annual audits and tax returns with external auditors (including supporting schedules and addressing all inquiries and requests for information).
  • Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual investor reports.
  • Monitor the annual audit and tax process at the joint venture level to ensure the required deadlines are met.
  • Corporate Accounting
  • General Bookkeeping.
  • Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables.
  • Help with the transition of accounting systems.




  • Minimum of 6 years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in the real estate sector or investments.
  • Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Accounting is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Excel is required.
  • Real estate brokerage and or fund accounting experience a plus.
