Contracts Specialist

Boston, MA



  • Write up, assess, modify and negotiate an assortment of commercial contracts including enterprise software licenses, services/support agreements, NDAs, reseller agreements, consulting and subcontractor agreements, vendor contracts, and other contracts as needed to support business globally.




  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of related experience negotiating software licensing agreements, both on premise and SaaS preferred, in support of a sales department as an internal client.
  • Serves as a resource for internal business clients on contract questions, including interpretation of terms and conditions of contractual obligations.
  • Ability to confidently and independently lead complex negotiations, and to raise and resolve issues directly, with customer and supplier representatives, while minimizing our business risk and meeting our corporate objectives.
  • Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
