  • Give advice to market-leading clients on multifaceted mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, initial public offering readiness, interim management, and numerous technical accounting matters
  • Formulate and examine financial statements and other SEC filings
  • Create financial models, forecasts, and similar analyses
  • Design and implement business process improvement initiatives
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and external auditors
  • Manage existing client relationships and participate in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Serve as project leader, providing real time feedback and guidance to junior team members
  • Participate in recruiting initiatives




  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting; higher degree desired
  • At least five years of public accounting experience
  • Robust knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting
  • Readiness to travel to client locations, including occasional overnight travel
