We are representing a Construction Project Coordinator opportunity with a growing Real Estate Development firm in Philadelphia. This position is open due to an internal promotion so there is clear room for growth into Project Management.  This is a great opportunity to be exposed to every phase of the development and construction process.

Responsibilities

• Process submittals
• Manage RFI’s
• Join conference calls to take detailed meeting minutes
• Assist in managing construction schedules
• Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, engineers and owner’s

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in construction and/or real estate development
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Industry knowledge
• Ability to work in a team environment
