Compensation Project Manger

Responsibilities

 

  • Partnering with Human Resource Business Partners and their clients to provide effective and creative solutions to large complex compensation projects, Includes: Scoping, planning, costing and status reports.
  • Demonstrated Strong Experience with project leadership and successful execution of existing and new programs (MARKET REVIEWS, BONUS, ETC).

 

Requirements

 

  • Subject matter expertise in Compensation, job documentation, project management.
  • Communication, and rollout, planning and execution.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft products.
  • Champion Customer Engagement service abilities which include being able to interact professionally and handle sensitive information / issues in a confidential and respectful manner.
  • Strong critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent Project Management skills, (including project team leadership).
