Compensation & Analytics Analyst/Associate

Responsibilities

 

  • Compensation modeling and analyses
  • Competitive bench marking
  • Compensation expense planning/forecasting
  • Facilitating the year-end salary and bonus processes
  • Preparation of senior management presentations
  • Assist in accounting for compensation expense accurately
  • Preparing base salary budgets and analytics
  • Partnering with various internal teams on a wide variety of human capital analytics requests including, but not limited to: promotions, hiring, talent, attrition, workforce activity, and ad-hoc requests

 

 

 

 

Requirements

 

  • 3-5 yrs related experience in compensation analytics
  • Strong knowledge of Workday and Access preferred
