Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

 

  • Analyze compensation data to determine salary offers aligned with Verizon Media’s compensation practices and philosophy
  • Support the accurate execution of compensation programs including annual base pay increases, short term and long term incentive planning, promotions and other related projects by analyzing and summarizing data or performing other related tasks
  • Conduct cost modeling and employee impact analysis for proposed new programs or program changes
  • Support recognition and performance management projects
  • Assist with the administration of retention programs by tracking or creating agreements
  • Provide support for compensation, recognition and performance systems by testing, performing audits or other similar activities
  • Successful candidate will have strong Sheets and Excel skills, strong attention to detail, the ability to manage to timelines and appropriately manage HR data.
