Client Service/Marketing Analyst

Responsibilities

 

  • Provide support on all aspects of firm’s client service efforts
  • Maintain, update and print marketing communications – DDQs, presentation books, website, consultant databases, and other investor reporting
  • Maintain accurate client information in the contact data management system
  • Respond promptly and professionally to various client inquiries and requests
  • Support fund administration (includes coordinating account setup with internal and external contacts and accurate redemption processing in a timely manner)
  • Support prospecting efforts, client research, projects, pipeline activity – RFI/RFPs, etc.
  • Support business development professionals on distribution effort
  • Establish and maintain, and optimize relationships within organization (i.e. compliance, operations, legal, finance) to meet client reporting needs and deliverables in a timely manner
  • Interface with multiple departments to synthesize information

 

Requirements

 

  • B.A. or B.S. in Business/Accounting/Finance/Economics/Marketing
  • 1 to 3 years of work experience, or prior internship experience
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong client service orientation and desire to support the marketing function
  • Proficient in the use of technology (including all Microsoft Office Products)
  • Knowledge of financial instruments and credit products
  • Knowledge of consultant database reporting and analytical tools a plus
  • experience in hedge fund industry and Level 1 CFA a plus.
