Role

 

 

  • Tracking and reporting internally on all fund transaction activity. Liaising with investors, front office and legal on such activity, including reviewing submitted paperwork and escalating issues as warranted.
  • Maintaining and updating the firm’s client relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Managing the firm’s external investor website both in terms of content and access. Includes working with the vendor to trouble-shoot any technical issues and implement any modifications.
  • Reviewing monthly/quarterly statements, transaction summaries and other reports produced by the funds’ administrator.
  • Working with colleagues on investor reporting such as attribution reports and talking points.
  • Distributing information through the firm’s CRM as needed.
  • Partnering with managers to review and update procedures and workflows to continually improve accuracy, reduce redundancy, and mitigate risk.
  • Ad hoc requests including assisting other departments.
  • Contributing to additional project-oriented work (e.g. Compliance initiatives, new product launches, changes to client reporting).

 

 

Requirements

 

 

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Excel Experience
