Client Service Analyst (Investor Services)

  • Responsible for new client onboarding including entry into the CRM system, coordination of all documentation, setting up reporting requirements and updating of all contact information and distribution lists
  • Coordinate with third party administrators to process subscriptions and redemptions and handle AML/KYC and other investor issues
  • Coordinate with outside counsel as well as Legal and Accounting departments to implement and document all transfer requests
  • Manage incoming cash process to ensure funds are reviewed and cleared in a timely manner
  • Coordinate with members of the Investor Relations, Legal and Accounting teams to provide timely responses to investor and prospective investor inquiries, relating to various topics such as fund administration, tax, and compliance
  • Play active role in development and maintenance of internal investor database project
  • Work on various client service administration projects as they arise




  • Bachelor’s degree with proven academic success
  • 3-4 years of fund, fund administrator or audit experience preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office, Adobe Acrobat preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM system preferred
