Client Retention Manager

Our client is an international, well-known and highly respected market research provider. With over 25 years of success under their belt, they partner with very well-known companies to help drive and improve speed to market decision making for their clients. Due to growth they are now looking to add an experienced, dedicated, and successful account manager to their NYC team of about 100 people. This role requires a consultative sales approach and will offer the opportunity to partner with nation-wide companies.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Increase growth of your existing customer base, by up-selling and cross-selling services
  • Cement and grow out key relationships
  • Present and negotiate up to Board level in an organization
  • Be the principle commercial contact between company and your assigned customer base
  • Develop and maintain improved sales strategies to manage accounts efficiently
  • Responsible for creating and updating account profiles in the CRM
  • Organize customer visits efficiently within the Tri-State area and occasionally beyond

 

Requirements

 

  • 1+ years’ of sales experience
  • Degree preferred but will consider strong sales history
  • Ability to think proactively
  • Previous cold & warm calling experience
