  • Advise businesses on questions related to anti-bribery and anti-corruption, antitrust, privacy, sanctions, and other compliance risks.
  • Develop, implement and review compliance policies.
  • Conduct M&A due diligence to identify any compliance risks of potential acquisitions.
  • Conduct risk assessments with senior management at new business units to identify areas of risk. Prepare comprehensive risk council memos summarizing the assessments.
  • Develop and monitor implementation plans for each business unit to ensure implementation of compliance principles and policies.
  • Respond and when necessary investigate complaints received on the company’s whistleblower alert line.
  • Develop and maintain effective business relationships with senior management at the business units.
  • Identify, on an going basis, potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk across the Company.
  • Manage the Company’s third party vendor management system and system administrator and ensure implementation of the system across all business units.
  • Working with Human Resources, manage the Company’s learning management system and system administrator.
  • Manage the Legal and Compliance Analyst and Global Compliance Counselor.
  • Prepare, review and oversee the compliance department budget.
  • Manage and work with outside counsel and consultants as necessary.






  • Attorney with seven (7) plus years of relevant experience in compliance or related areas such as regulatory matters, in-house legal issues, investigations, prosecutions, or policy development.
    Admission to the New York Bar preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop strong relationships with and earn the respect and trust of key stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to explain legal issues clearly, concisely and persuasively.
  • Independent, energetic and self-motivated.
  • Management, delegation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in multiple time zones.
