The Atlantic Group is representing an immediate opportunity for a Carpenter or Lead/Master Carpenter role with a phenomenal Multi-Family GC/CM/Developer in the City of Philadelphia.

Responsibilities

• Great knowledge of the complexities involved at this magnitude
• Relationships with sub-contractors, vendors, architects, engineers, crews, owners, etc.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with carpentry – punch lists
• Someone that can handle punch lists and warranty work
• Must be honest, self-motivated, reliable, and responsible for managing time efficiently
• Attitude – desire to win – Long-term opportunity to be able grow and be challenged with a phenomenal company
