Care Connector

We are representing a client who is hiring for a Care Connector (Customer Service) role. This candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of care management and utilization management program interventions.

 

Requirements

 

  • One to three years experience preferred.
  • Proficient PC skills in a Windows based environment including word processing, spread sheets and working in database programs.
  • Working knowledge of Plan Benefits and Services is preferred.
  • Proven ability to keep accurate and timely records and documentation according to established processes
