  • Support with the maintenance and continued operations of the iLEVEL platform
  • Assist with process of streamlining the collection of portfolio company data from deal professionals and the underlying portfolio companies
  • Examining the quality of information provided by deal professionals and portfolio companies
  • Manage the process of onboarding new iLEVEL users and assist with administering appropriate training
  • Working with Fund Accounting, Legal, and Custody teams on several cross-group data related initiatives
  • Maintenance and implementation of continued design enhancement of the firm’s reporting platform
  • Coordinate with group project coordinator and IT Development team on the development pipeline/product roadmap
  • Liaise with IT development team on continued system design along with testing of system development and integration
  • Assist in the quarterly review and circulation of Quill reporting materials
  • Maintenance or creation of business intelligence tools, databases, and dashboards
  • Preparation of quarterly external reporting
  • Accurately and efficiently assist fundraising and investor relations with the preparation of Limited Partner requests




  • Bachelor’s degree in business information management or computer and information science or business preferred
  • Accounting/Finance background a plus
  • 1-2 years of relevant business information systems experience
  • Understanding of the Private Equity business or asset management are not required, but a plus.
  • Basic understanding of data architecture
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. General knowledge of other computer applications including PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g. Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI) or business specific platforms (e.g. iLEVEL, CapIQ) is a plus
