 Responsibilities

 

  • Offer end-user assistance for PBC ERP systems – research/answer end-user questions, intermingle with company’s IT for system issue resolution
  • Manage SOX control execution – provide control execution, documentation, self-testing and conduct control walkthroughs for Sr. Management
  • Document PBC ERP system processes and procedures – review Desktop Procedures for accuracy and completeness
  • Provide PBC ERP task support and/or supervision as needed – this may include Purchasing item pricing updates, Purchasing payment adjustments/approvals/documentation, AP Payee creation and approvals
  • Provide training to other team members and end-users

 

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required (Finance or Business Administration preferred)
  • 4 – 6 years of experience and practical business systems analysis/support exposure in some of the following areas such as back office Financial Operations (AP, Purchasing), Financial Accounting and Control. Functional Accounting/Control/Financial Operations experience is a plus (e.g. Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain, MasterFiles, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP Application support (AP, Purchasing or ERP Masterfiles preferred)
