BIM Coordinator

  • Create building drawings using architectural, structural, and mechanical contract prints
  • Perform clash detection using Revit software
  • Be present at project coordination meetings
  • Perform all aspects of the building modeling and coordination
  • Sustain project drawing files, drawing library, and related records and documentation
  • Catalog and store files
  • Stay current in all CAD concepts, practices, and improvements and provides support for co-workers in all aspects of CAD operations
  • Order and maintain inventory of supplies
  • Use your judgment to make proper decisions with respect to drawings and input interpretation
  • Act as a team player by performing additional duties to meet the needs of the organization





  • Two to five years or more of related work experience required
  • Must be able to work from the office, and visit sites as needed
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • One year vocational training from a two-year college or technical school preferred
  • Experience with Auto CAD 2D and 3D, Revit, and BIM is highly preferred, but not mandatory
