Atlantic Group has an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our client’s team as their Audit Team Lead. The Audit Team Lead will specifically handle, Corporate Audit and IT, as well as a dedicated SOX team. Compensation: $85,000.00 – $117,000.00 + bonus
Location: Camden County, NJ – Hybrid
Responsibilities of the Audit Team Lead include:
- Audit Team Lead will be a part of our client’s renowned Audit Group, managing operational business process audits, including IT and SOX functions
- Role will dive into compelling work that focuses on operational processes across diverse business units, providing a thorough understanding of our organization
- Directly collaborate with senior management, gaining exposure and contributing to our company's strategic direction
- This role serves as an excellent entry point into the client’s well known organization, often through the Audit path, offering significant growth potential
- Limited travel requirements, with approximately 3-4 domestic trips annually (less than 10%).
Requirements of the Audit Team Lead include:
- 6+ years of relevant experience required
- CPA is preferred, reflecting their commitment to excellence and expertise.
- Exceptional communication skills and a personable approach, given the frequent interactions across various departments.
- Strong attention to detail, a critical attribute for conducting accurate and insightful audit assessments.
- While experience with a Big Four firm is advantageous, we also welcome candidates from Tier 2 firms based on skills and salary expectations.
