  • Create and build dashboards to help visualize key performance indicators
  • Provide actionable analytics to the client-facing team that drive fundraising efforts and aid in data-driven decision-making
  • Analyze fundraising data to identify trends, understand variances and build narratives based on KPIs
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of IPG’s business processes and data to help innovate new solutions for IPG
  • Assist in annual strategic planning and quarterly monitoring processes




  • 3-5 years’ experience in Big 4 Advisory or Alternatives Fund/Firm doing sales strategy, analytics, distribution and / or research capacity
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau
  • Basic ability to analyze and identify trends from large data sets extracted from backend databases using SSAS cubes – proficient with using pivot tables to complete statistical analysis
