Associate HR Ops Analyst

  • Own full workflow of candidates from offer signature through to Day 1 onboarding
  • Adhere to Hiring Coordination SLA/SOP, ensuring compliant and timely onboarding of new hires
  • Major, not all, responsibilities within the onboarding workflow will include:
  • Importing candidate profile information into the Candidate Tracker
  • Maintain candidate updates within Candidate Tracker
  • Initiate and track status of Background checks. Follow-up with candidates as necessary to ensure timely completion of HireRight documentation
  • Initiate any Visa Forms, as applicable
  • Initiate Relocation process, as applicable
  • Send New Hire Legal Docs to new hires, uploading them to Workday, and then sending to Legal (and then back to the New Hire, if questions are posed)
  • Complete Hire within the Workday system
  • Track Onboarding tasks for all candidates. Follow-up with candidates as necessary to ensure completion of tasks in a timely manner
  • Upload Badge photos to Google Folder
  • Maintain accurate start dates for candidates. Provide continuous updates to appropriate stakeholders of any changes in start dates (Recruiter, Lead Hiring Coordinator, HRA)
  • Maintain detailed documentation of nuances for candidates throughout the onboarding workflow
  • Raise any issues/concerns to Hiring Coordinator lead
  • Serve as POC for new hire questions prior to start date
  • Transfer new hire to WTO tracker within specified timeframe found in SLA
  • Support contingent onboarding for POIs and OSPs




  • Zero to three years relevant experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited school required.
  • High-energy and ability to take on multiple tasks at once.
