Associate Director- Client Service

Responsibilities

 

  • Create, edit and manage various aspects of marketing materials, including RFPs, DDQs, presentations, and factsheets, at the product and client level
  • Work alongside company’s internal global sales/consulting team as well as with the compliance, legal, middle-office and investment teams; ultimate objective is to prepare excellent marketing material for prospects and clients
  • Research and resolve inquiries from internal stakeholders, on a daily basis
  • Review marketing material content with select sign-off responsibilities and quality control
  • Ensure priorities are addressed and assignments delivered on time; maintain and improve team awareness of these priorities
  • Take on overall responsibility for projects including: planning, organizing timeline and delivering excellent results
  • Write, test and enforce work-flow procedures
  • Participate in the production and checking of internal and external client portfolio analysis requirements
  • Work on the development of creative, compelling and globally consistent marketing material
  • Adhere to compliance approval processes

 

Requirements

 

  • 5-8 years applicable experience within financial services and/or asset management firm paired with experience reacting to formal and informal requests from sales, portfolio managers, and institutional clients
  • Proven experience in writing, editing and delivering high-quality RFPs, DDQs and marketing presentations
  • Proven experience in preparing accurate material (e.g., presentations, DDQs, factsheets) under tight deadlines
  • Team-oriented mind-set to support your colleagues, as well as experience working independently, with minimal supervision
  • Experience developing and implementing project plans
  • Demonstrated initiative and you embrace taking ownership for assignments, tasks and projects
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • Ability to pass the Series 24 exam
  • Prior experience of working with quantitative strategies is preferred
  • Performance measurement experience is helpful but not required
  • Supervisory experience preferred but not required
